"I plan to keep it up once a year": the same sentence, only the clinic name changes

According to WikiDoc's review as of September 9, 2026, the same template of clinic recommendation, "I had Ulthera at ○○ and it worked so well that I plan to keep it up once a year", kept appearing in comments on the Yeouya cafe. By November 1 there were 319 such comments from 32 accounts, naming 23 clinics.

01What happened

When someone asks about Ulthera or lifting on Yeouya, a large women's cafe on Naver, a familiar comment shows up: "I worried a lot too, then had Ulthera at ○○, my jawline came back and nothing beats it for firmness, so I plan to keep it up once a year." The wording shifts a little from account to account, but the frame is the same: a clinic name, a treatment name, and "once a year".

By November 1 there were 319 clinic recommendations in this frame. 32 accounts wrote them, naming 23 clinics. MeSOnBom Clinic in Hongdae has the most with 94, followed by Hill House Dermatology, Onlybit, DOD, Reusel Cheongdam Clinic and Arna. 22 of the 32 accounts each pushed one clinic in more than 10 posts.

03Why these are not patient reviews

Real customers describe their own experience in their own words. When different accounts write the same sentence frame over months and only the clinic name changes, they are pasting the same script. A script used for many clinics can point to someone who handles several clinics at once. A recommended clinic is not necessarily the owner of the account, and this data cannot show whether a clinic ordered the comments.
