349 of 350 likes in 3 hours, and the same 124 accounts liked all five reviews

According to WikiDoc's review as of November 1, 2026, the same 124 accounts liked all five surgery reviews on Yeouya that had hundreds of likes. The top review, for Inique Plastic Surgery, reached 349 of its 350 likes within 3 hours of the first one.

01What happened

Posts on Yeouya rarely get many likes. Of the tens of thousands of posts whose likes WikiDoc checked, more than half had none and 99% had 25 or fewer. Yet in late October, surgery show-off reviews such as "Truly amazing breast surgery results!" got more than 300 likes.

We picked 5 reviews with 263 to 350 likes and compared the lists of accounts that liked them. They are 3 breast surgery reviews for Kai Plastic Surgery, 1 under-eye fat repositioning review for Inique Plastic Surgery, and 1 nose surgery review for Highend Plastic Surgery.

  • A little over 400 accounts liked the 5 posts in total. 124 of them liked all 5.
  • On 3 ordinary popular posts with 20 to 29 likes, this group did not appear once.
  • The Inique Plastic Surgery review reached 349 of its 350 likes within 3 hours of the first like. It gained one more over the next day.
  • 12 of the 14 praise comments left on that review on its first day came from accounts in the same group.

03Why this is not natural popularity

Posts with many likes climb the popular list and get read more, so the like count itself becomes an ad. The same group of accounts filling up likes on the same posts within hours is not natural popularity. WikiDoc sees it as promotion on the clinic side. It is better not to use like counts to choose a clinic.
