Viral Index · Legit Review Score
찐후기 지수 · リアル口コミ指数 · 真实口碑指数
The Legit Review Score estimates, through multi-channel observation and peer comparison, whether a clinic's online reputation was built by organic patient reviews or shows traces of organized management. It does not judge whether review content is true or whether treatment results are good.
The Viral Index is 100 minus the Legit Review Score: the lower the Legit Review Score, the higher the Viral Index.
- 01
Observation
Clinic-level mentions and public figures from open communities, review platforms and map services are loaded as per-channel time series. Author identifiers become irreversible hashes at collection, and source text is discarded after the retention period.
- 02
Normalization
Every observation is converted to a relative position within the distribution of peer clinics in the same channel, period and size band. Clinics with small samples are pulled toward the peer expectation by hierarchical empirical Bayes shrinkage, and distribution tails are handled with robust median and absolute-deviation standardization.
- 03
Anomaly
Several independent signal groups each estimate how far a clinic departs from the expected pattern of organic reviews. Signals work asymmetrically: only departures in the worse direction count as risk, and departures in the better direction do not raise the score.
- 04
Aggregation
Signal groups combine into a single risk level through a mixed aggregation of a weighted mean and a maximum-risk term. A large departure on one signal is not diluted by normal values on others. Weights are recalibrated periodically against split-half reliability and a validation case set.
- 05
Uncertainty
Resampling within each clinic (bootstrap) estimates a 90% interval for the score. When the interval is too wide or a core signal falls short of its minimum sample, no number or rank is shown and the clinic is marked "Pending".
- 06
Decision
The final score maps the percentile within the peer distribution onto 0 to 100; higher means more organically accumulated reviews. Rankings form one national list. The "Suspected viral marketing" flag appears only when two or more signal groups show extreme values at the same time and the case passes human review.
