Three accounts split the day into 8-hour shifts to push Byul Plastic Surgery

According to WikiDoc's review as of October 29, 2026, on Yeouya "Mang**" commented only from midnight to 8 a.m., "Uma**" only from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and "Haetsal**" only from 4 p.m. to midnight, each dropping in Byul Plastic Surgery. The three commented on more than 1,300 posts, yet two of them never once appeared on the same post.

01What happened

At 2:04 p.m. on October 27, "Uma**" wrote under a post about a third nose revision: "It might be a good idea to add Byul Plastic Surgery to your list and compare." At 4:08 p.m., "Haetsal**" wrote under a cheekbone surgery post: "It might be good to consider Byul too." At 0:04 a.m. the next day, "Mang**" wrote under a buttock fat graft post: "Starting with Byul could be one way to go."

All three accounts name Byul Plastic Surgery in Seocho. Each has fixed hours, as if the day were cut into three.

  • "Mang**" comments only from midnight to before 8 a.m., "Uma**" from 8 a.m. into the 4 p.m. hour, and "Haetsal**" from the 4 p.m. hour to around midnight. They wrote 292, 690 and 420 comments.
  • There were 38 days when all three were active. On September 16, "Mang**" commented from 1:22 to 7:39 a.m., "Uma**" from 8:09 a.m. to 12:18 p.m., and "Haetsal**" from 6:11 to 9:29 p.m.
  • The three commented on more than 1,300 posts. Posts with comments from two or more of them: 0.
  • Whether the question is about a nose or breasts, they end with "consider Byul too". Even to someone asking whether a light jog is fine after a facelift, the answer was "if you ask a well-known place like Byul".

Another daytime account, "ka**", posted a script without filling in the blank: "Among clinics in Gangnam, I recommend "○○ Clinic", where the director consults you in person and designs a natural result." Byul Plastic Surgery appears in 59 of this account's 81 comments.

03Why these are not patient reviews

Three people cannot happen to like the same clinic, happen to post only in hours that never overlap, and never once meet across 1,300 posts. It looks like people working shifts attaching one clinic's name. This data cannot show who uses these accounts or whether a clinic ordered it.
