Eleven accounts answered one question, and all were clinic promotion accounts
According to WikiDoc's review as of September 16, 2026, a Yeouya post from September 14, "Is Ulthera Prime bearable??", got 17 comments, and 11 of the accounts were promotion accounts that recommended one clinic in more than 10 other posts.
01What happened
On September 14 a short question went up on Yeouya: "Is Ulthera Prime bearable??". It got 17 comments. 14 of them named a clinic, and almost every comment named a different one. To the person asking, it looks like many people each shared a place they had been.
We followed each commenting account. 11 accounts were also recommending one clinic in more than 10 other posts. For example, "Geurim**" named Blanc de Vie Clinic in Apgujeong in hundreds of posts, and "Bibim**" named Amiskin Clinic in more than 100. "Taeguk**", the first comment, named Reusel Cheongdam Clinic here but named DA Plastic Surgery in other posts.

03Why these are not patient reviews
Ordinary members do not recommend the same clinic in dozens or hundreds of posts over a few months. What the person asking got was not experiences but a lineup of 11 clinic promotion accounts. This is not rare. Hundreds of posts had three or more accounts that each pushed one clinic in more than 10 posts.
When one account names several clinics, that does not make any of them the owner. It could be a marketing agency handling several clinics, or a lower-ranked clinic slipping a well-known name in next to its own to avoid suspicion.
