"Who is good with rib cartilage?" Three recommendations on one question, all from promotional accounts

On October 14, the question "Does anyone know a clinic that is good with your own rib cartilage?" went up on Sungyesa. "Bita**" answered at 1:28 p.m., "Jamsil**" at 4:26 p.m. and "Kkachil**" at 7:23 p.m. The three accounts wrote Kai and Louvre, CODE, and Finish and VVLY Plastic Surgery. To the person who asked, it looks like three patients each recommended a clinic.

The same day, the three accounts also repeated the same clinic names on other posts within minutes. "Bita**" wrote Louvre, KOWON, Hit and Kai Plastic Surgery in five minutes. "Jamsil**" left "I had it done at" a clinic in initials on three nose surgery posts in 10 minutes. "Kkachil**" commented on 6 posts in 9 minutes and wrote that it had surgery at VVLY Plastic Surgery. What the person who asked got was not experiences but answers from three promotional accounts. This data cannot show whether a clinic ordered it.
