"Still my top pick", then 25 minutes later "I had it done there": Sungyesa's "Jamsil**"

According to WikiDoc's research on October 17, 2026, "Jamsil**" on Sungyesa wrote at 4:34 p.m. on October 15 that it was still choosing a clinic, and 25 minutes later wrote on another post that it had already had surgery.

01What happened

On October 14, the Sungyesa nickname "Jamsil**" left "I had it done at" a clinic in two Korean initials on three nose surgery posts in 10 minutes. It also wrote "I'm really happy with it, I never want to go back to my old nose". In Sungyesa posts those initials come up with nose surgery, and the clinic whose name matches is CODE Plastic Surgery.

At 4:34 p.m. the next day, this account wrote "I went to a consultation at" a clinic in initials, "and so far it's my top pick". It is Louvre Plastic Surgery. 25 minutes later, at 4:59 p.m., it wrote on another post "I had it done at" the first clinic's initials again, "and the scar is barely visible". Over two days, this account commented on 16 posts.

03Why this is not a patient review

Within 25 minutes, it went from someone still choosing a clinic to someone who had already had the surgery. That does not fit one person's experience. It looks like the story got tangled while assigned clinic names were put into each post. Two clinics appearing together does not mean the account belongs to both. This data cannot show whether a clinic ordered it.
