"I had it done here too": the same story from account after account

"They were great at consultations, and for a place that does a lot of revisions, Light in Apgujeong is famous, so I had my consultation and nose revision there." On October 12 and 13, Gyunhyeong** and Gicha** posted this exact sentence under different posts. In June, another account posted the same sentence with only "revisions" changed to "functional and cosmetic nose surgery."

More than thirty accounts named Light Plastic Surgery more than 5 times. More than twenty of them posted "I had it done here" comments, dozens of times in all. Gicha**, Gyunhyeong**, Maju** and Ppungi** left the same "I had it done here" sentence under different posts.

The same pattern showed up around DA Plastic Surgery. Maeksi** wrote "I had my nose done at DA" under 14 different posts.

Real patients each have their own story. When the same story appears word for word from several accounts, it looks like text written in one place.
