Two accounts posted the same "my eyes were a mess" story under one post

In late October, Hathat** and Mokgam** commented on one post from someone thinking about eye revision. The two comments match down to the letter, from the personal story "My eyes were a total mess after my first double eyelid surgery" to the closing recommendation of Boneeye Plastic Surgery.

A few days earlier, under a post about a parent's forehead lift, Bulbut** and Mimyo** recommended Soonplus Plastic Surgery in almost the same words.

Two people cannot have the same eyes, go through the same thing and describe it in the same words. Either one person pasted the same sentence from two accounts, or two accounts were given the same script.

Only Gangnam Unni knows who runs these accounts. This data cannot show whether a clinic ordered it.
