"For breasts, DA and NANA too": the same sentence from more than twenty accounts
According to WikiDoc's survey on October 15, 2026, more than twenty accounts on Gangnam Unni had posted the same sentence, "For breasts, I've heard a lot that DA and NANA are good too," under different posts since June. It is a template that puts DA Plastic Surgery and NANA Plastic Surgery side by side.
01What happened
The same sentence appeared under post after post asking about breast surgery clinics: "For breasts, I've heard a lot that DA and NANA are good too." From June to October 14, more than twenty accounts posted it under more than twenty different posts. It puts DA Plastic Surgery and NANA Plastic Surgery side by side, then adds "popular around me" or "well reviewed."
The same template also appeared with other clinic names, such as "for contouring, Batang and Uno too" and "Private and Louvre too."

03Why it looks like promotion
Different patients do not write the same sentence, letter for letter, over several months. It looks like one sentence written in one place and shared out among many accounts.
A recommended clinic is not necessarily the owner of the account. It may be an ad agency handling several clinics at once, or a lower-ranked clinic slipping in the name of a well-known clinic so that it does not look like promotion. This data cannot show whether a clinic ordered it.
